Thermal Properties Test Laboratory
Serving the testing of thermal properties of a material. Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), Melt Flow Indexer, Digital Balance, and Furnace are available test equipment.
Thermal Properties Testing Laboratory Test Equipment
M-Flow Zwick Roell
The Thermal Properties Test Laboratory uses Zwick Roell's M-Flow device to test polymer samples' MFR (Melt Flow Rate) and MVR (Melt Volume Rate) values. The samples tested are polymers in granule form with a minimum amount of 50 grams.
Testing Fee:
Internal:
IDR 108,000/measurement
External:
IDR 120,000/measurement
Thermolyne Furnace Benchtop Muffle/ Type 48000
This laboratory uses a heating device that can reach temperatures up to 1000°C. This tool is used to test various types of samples such as powder, gel, or liquid with a maximum volume of 400 mL and the dimensions of solids with the largest size of 17.8 x 12.7 x 25.4 cm (Length x Width x Height). This tool is limited to a maximum of 5 hours per day.
Testing Fee:
Internal:
IDR 72,000/day
Eksternal:
IDR 78,000/day
Mettler Toledo Analytical Balance
The Thermal Properties Test Laboratory uses a Mettler Toledo analytical balance to measure sample mass with an accuracy of up to 0.1 mg. This tool can measure samples as powders, solids, or liquids, with a maximum sample weight limit of 200 g.
Differential Scanning Calorimetry
The Thermal Properties Test Laboratory uses differential scanning calorimetry to determine the value of glass transition temperature, melting, and crystallization of materials. This tool is used to test various types of samples, in the form of powders, solids, and liquids.
Testing Fee:
IDR 235,000/Sample
