Mechanical Properties Test Laboratory
Serves to test the mechanical properties of a material or material, such as tensile strength, compressive strength, and bending strength, as well as smoothing samples to nanometer size. A Universal Testing Machine (UTM), Ball Mill, and Sieve-Tronic are available to test equipment.
Laboratory Test Equipment Mechanical Properties Test
Ball Mill (Retsch Emax)
The Mechanical Properties Test Laboratory operates a Ball Mill to refine solid materials into nanometer-sized powders. Solids with a maximum grain diameter of 5 mm can be processed through this service.
Testing Fee:
Internal: IDR 90,000/hour
External: IDR 100,000/hour
Universal Testing Machine (UTM) WEW-300 A
The Mechanical Properties Test Laboratory provides a Universal Testing Machine (UTM) to perform various mechanical tests, including tensile tests, compressive tests, and bending tests on various materials such as metals, concrete, cement, rubber, and others. The laboratory follows test standards such as ASTM E8, SNI 1974-2011, ASTM E290, and SNI 0410-2017 in the testing process.
Testing Fee:
Internal: IDR 39,000/sample
External: IDR 62,000/sample
Sieve Tronic
The Mechanical Properties Test Laboratory uses the Sieve Tronic tool to perform the sieving process on powder samples. This tool separates small particles from larger particles in the powder sample.
Testing Fee:
Internal: IDR 60,000/day
External: IDR 72,000/day
