Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) TM 3000
Laboratory for Material Structure Characterization provides Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) services to visualize the morphology and surface conditions of samples. In one test, three images will be provided, allowing magnification up to 5000 times.
